Benjamin Cornali has more than 19 years of Real Estate practicing excellence in customer service, and varying expertise to focus on client’s needs, evaluate opportunities and risks, and complete strategic, timely results finding the right fit for his clients and arriving smoothly to the closing table.

Ben Cornali brings more than 18 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate from the Denver Metro area to Fort Collins along the Front Range, and several mountain communities. Prior to earning his degree in real estate at Colorado State University, Cornali owned and managed a construction company and spent nearly two decades executing commercial construction projects, home renovations and flips. Cornali specializes in contract negotiation and brings an extensive 25 year construction background, making him an asset during the buying and selling process.

An avid mountain biker, snowmobiler, snowboarder, DJ and traveler. Cornali served on the Fort Collins Board of Realtors Government Affairs Committee in 2017, and provides support to the ALS Foundation and animal welfare organizations.
